Day 3 traning

Today was a strength day type w.o.d. made up of 5 rounds back and fourth shoulder press with keetle bell swings. My press was at 115 with kb swings at 53 pounds. Managed to bang out all 5 rounds of swings unbroken ( 25 each set) struggled a bit with the press though. Deadlifts were good although I didnt eat enough today because I kept getting dizzy on the deadlifts. My 1 rep max was a mere 325, not my best but you have those days sometimes. My wife & Nick had good break throughs today. Nick managed his first 53 pound kb swing on his last 3 rounds & Amy got all hers un-broken at 35 pounds, then she ran 3 miles with a fellow crossfiter. Looking forward to tomorrows w.o.d.
